Tamer Kulaçoğlu

Tamer Kulaçoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1990. After completing his legal internship, he was admitted to the Istanbul Bar in 1992 and founded Kulaçoğlu Law Firm in 1993. With more than thirty years of experience, he has led the firm since its foundation.

Throughout his career he has worked on a large number of litigation, dispute resolution and advisory files, mainly in commercial, real estate and inheritance law. He advises domestic and international, individual and corporate clients on legal counsel, dispute prevention, legal risk assessment and the management of court proceedings.

He closely follows how changing business models and technological developments are transforming legal services. He attaches particular importance to making legal services more accessible, faster and more effective through technology, and continues his work on online legal consultation, the digital transformation of legal services and legal technology.
