Privacy Notice
This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform people who visit the kulacoglu.av.tr website, fill in the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter or contact our firm.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, criminal convictions, religion, etc.) in the contact form. You can share the details of your legal matter during the consultation, under the lawyer’s duty of confidentiality.

4. Method of collection
Your personal data are collected partly by automated and partly by non-automated means, through the contact and newsletter forms on the website, e-mail, telephone and cookies.
5. Transfers
- Service providers: the hosting company of the website and the e-mail service, only to the extent required for the service.
- Authorised public bodies: when requested by a legally authorised authority.
- Transfers abroad: the servers of Google Analytics, used for visit statistics, are located abroad. This transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.
Your data are not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention period
Your personal data are kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and for the periods required by law; when that period ends they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Your newsletter subscription ends as soon as you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to our firm to:
- learn whether your personal data are processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data are transferred,
- request correction if the data are incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the Law,
- request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data were transferred,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
You can send your application in writing with a wet signature to our office address, or from the e-mail address registered with us to info@kulacoglu.av.tr with the subject “Personal Data Information Request”, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
