H. Selçuk Melek

H. Selçuk Melek graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law in June 2014 and completed his legal internship at Kulaçoğlu Law Firm. He continued his studies abroad and completed an LL.M. in Arbitration and Commercial Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2017.

He mainly advises domestic and international clients on commercial and contract law, competition law, data protection and international sanctions.

He has strengthened his theoretical and practical knowledge of national and international rules on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) with internationally recognised certificates.

Drawing on his academic background and professional experience, he approaches legal matters from several angles and attaches particular importance to practical and effective solutions suited to his clients’ needs.
