Tamer Kulaçoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1990. Following the completion of his legal traineeship and military service, he founded Kulaçoğlu Law Firm in 1993. Since its establishment, he has led the firm while continuing his legal practice with more than three decades of professional experience.

Throughout his career, Kulaçoğlu has been involved in a wide range of litigation, dispute resolution and advisory matters, with a particular focus on Commercial Law, Real Estate Law and Inheritance Law. He advises both domestic and international individual and corporate clients on legal matters, dispute prevention, legal risk assessment and the management of litigation processes.

Alongside his long-standing legal practice, Kulaçoğlu closely follows the impact of evolving business models and technological developments on the delivery of legal services. He places particular emphasis on making legal services more accessible, efficient and responsive through the effective use of technology. In this context, he continues to work on online legal consultation, the digital transformation of legal services and legaltech applications, with a focus on integrating established legal practice with the opportunities offered by emerging technologies.
