KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLENMESİ HAKKINDA
“AYDINLATMA METNİ”
İnternet sitemizi kullanmanız dolayısıyla, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) başta olmak üzere yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamında birtakım verilerinizin toplanması, saklanması, işlenmesi, aktarılması ve KVKK kapsamına dahil başkaca işlemlerin detayı ve amacı hakkında, veri sorumlusu olarak sizleri bilgilendirmek isteriz.
Genel Bilgiler
İlgili mevzuata göre, “kişisel veri” kimliği belirli veya belirlenebilir gerçek kişiye ilişkin her türlü bilgidir. “Özel nitelikli kişisel veri” ise kişilerin ırkı, etnik kökeni, siyasi düşüncesi, felsefi inancı, dini, mezhebi veya diğer inançları, kılık ve kıyafeti, dernek, vakıf ya da sendika üyeliği, sağlığı, cinsel hayatı, ceza mahkûmiyeti ve güvenlik tedbirleriyle ilgili verileri ile biyometrik ve genetik verileridir. İşbu Aydınlatma Metninde, özel ve/veya genel nitelikli olma ayrımı yapılmaksızın, her neviden veri için “Kişisel Veri” ifadesi kullanılacak olup durumun gereğine göre özel nitelikli kişisel verilerin de bu ifade kapsamına dahil edilebileceğini belirtmek isteriz. Kişisel Verilerin Toplanması ve Hukuki Sebepleri
İnternet sitemizi kullanırken birtakım kişisel verilerinizi, Veri Sorumlusu sıfatımız ile bizimle paylaşmanızı talep edebilmekteyiz. Keza, kişisel verileriniz, Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla doğrudan tarafımızca toplanabileceği gibi, Veri Sorumlusu adına veri işleyen gerçek veya tüzel kişiler tarafından veya ifa ettiğimiz iş ve hizmetin bir gereği olarak destek aldığımız ulusal/uluslararası kişi ve kuruluşlar ile diğer 3.kişiler tarafından, sayılanlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere, internet sitemiz, blog mesajları, iletişim formları, iş/staj ve sair başvuru formları, bilgi formları, video konferans ve/veya online hukuki danışmanlık hizmeti esnasında kaydedilebilen ses ve/veya video kayıtları, telefon görüşmesi ve/veya telekonferans esnasında kaydedilebilen ses kayıtları, kısa mesajlar, WhatsApp, sosyal medya vs kanallarıyla gerçekleştirilenler başta olmak üzere her türlü iletişim kanalları aracılığı ile toplanabilmektedir. Bu verileriniz elektronik ya da internet tabanlı araçlar ve sair vasıtalar kullanılarak otomatik yöntemlerle elde edilebildiği gibi, tarafımıza sunduğunuz formlar, sözleşmeler, bildirimler, adli veya idari merci kararları gibi yöntemlerle de elde edilebilmektedir.
Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı ve Aktarımı
Kişisel verileriniz, yürürlükteki ilgili mevzuat uyarınca, hukuka, iyi niyet ve dürüstlük kurallarına uygun, doğru ve güncel olarak, belirli, açık ve meşru amaçlarla ve bu amaçlarla bağlantılı, sınırlı ve ölçülü olarak işlenmekte olup ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen ve işlendikleri amaç için gerekli olan süre kadar muhafaza edilmektedir.
KVKK uyarınca, Veri Sorumlusu olarak bizimle paylaşmış olduğunuz kişisel verileriniz, yerine getirmekte olduğumuz her türlü hizmet ve faaliyet amaçlarımız ile gerektiğinde işe/staja alım süreçleriyle bağlantılı ve ölçülü olarak söz konusu hizmetlerden faydalanmanız, hak ve menfaatlerinizin korunması ve sair amaçlar ile KVKK ve yasal düzenlemelere uygun olarak işlenebilecek, hizmetlerimiz kapsamında ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak UYAP sistemi başta olmak üzere, adli, idari vb. kurumlara ve/veya yetkili kıldıkları kişi ya da merciler ile somut olayın şartlarına göre yurtdışında olup olmamasından bağımsız olarak ilgili üçüncü kişi ve kurumlara aktarılabilecek ve ilgili mevzuatta belirlenen süreler boyunca saklanıp gerekli işlemlere tabi tutulabilecektir.
Ağ Sunucusu Veri Günlüğü
İnternet sitemize giriş yapmanızın kaçınılmaz bir sonucu olarak, veri günlüğü olarak tanımlanan ve aşağıda listelenmiş olan verileriniz, ağ tarayıcınız tarafından internet sunucumuza otomatik olarak aktarılmakta ve onayınız aranmaksızın veri günlüğü kayıtlarına kaydedilmektedir:

Kişisel veri sahipleri olarak, haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi Kulaçoğlu Hukuk Bürosu’na yukarıdaki şekillerde iletmeniz durumunda talebiniz, niteliğine göre en kısa sürede sonuçlandıracaktır. İlgili işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi durumunda, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret, Kulaçoğlu Hukuk Bürosu olarak tarafınızdan tahsil edilecektir.
